The rooms here are beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

The place was perfect and had well-trained staff with this request, truly enjoyed the stay. My superior queen room was well decorated with bath. The hotel had a good restaurant for both breakfast and dinner.

Clean hotel in a nice building right by the centre of Zagreb as well as Train station. Large and fashionable room with comfortable bed, good view from window, a separate bedroom for parents, gentle staff at the reception desk. Comfortable venue in a very central location close to the main attractions in Zagreb. Besides, excellent for visiting Botanical Garden Zagreb.

Extremely poor views.

The location was peaceful and conveniently close to King Tomislav Square with a shopping center and market nearby.

Breakfast needs more attention, like the scramble eggs weren`t cook enough and cold. The staff was cold not friendly.

Pet-friendly hotel with excellent service. Very central location, an incredible base for discovering Zagreb. - Found in a lovely part of town. - Easy walk from a tram station, making it convenient to get to the venue.

The hotel is renovated and quite clean. We have seen a double room and a family room. Both of them have a nice interior and are spacious enough. Rooms are equipped with free fast Wi Fi internet which we could connect without any passwords and logins. There is a small coffee maker with coffee and couple tea bags. Bed linen is white clean and smooth. Bathroom is also clean and stylish. Cannot complain about breakfast as well. Reception personnel is very friendly and helpful. A week before we stayed in Palace Hotel Zagreb. For the same price the difference between the International Hotel and the Palace is like between heaven and dirt although they have same number of stars.

I have been completely satisfied with the hotel. My wife suggested that this hotel should have more non-alcoholic cocktails in the bar downstairs.

Short visit - no major issues

The location of this place was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful, we loved our superior queen room with large windows overlooking the city from the higher floors.

Hotel was clean and has a convenient location to most business locations.

Back office staff was not polite and helpful. I had to ask a question to her about the business center located next to the back office.

Unbeatable location near the main square and other points of interests and main train station and decent staff. Also, to most if the tourist sights of Zagreb.

Everything was as good as 4 stars hotel requires. I liked especially free wifi.

Very small remark - there was no bottle water or coffee in the room, even if the coffee machine was there. Fortunately a gas station is 200 m away so no problem in getting some stuff. for yourself.
